Chicago, IL – December 2, 2022 – Hardwell Capital announced today that it has secured a $5.85 million loan for an 82,372 square foot, multi-tenant retail building located in Mesa, AZ.

The multi-tenant retail building consists of two single-story structures that were constructed in 1975 and 2000. The property encompasses 8.627 acres and maintains 345 open parking spaces. Construction of the commercial building consists of load-bearing concrete masonry units with front stucco coating and wall-mounted signage for the tenants. The Phoenix MSA continues to be a market Hardwell Capital is actively lending in.

Hardwell Capital worked exclusively on behalf of their client to secure the permanent loan structured with a 5-year fixed term. The loan was placed with a correspondent lender.
